Buying from Best Buy

Quick question.
I bought my Incredible from BB outright so I could give my girl my droid.
I have no intentions of keeping it, though. I do have every intention of buying the Shadow/Extreme/X. The Incredible is a great phone so let's not get into all that. I never intended on keeping it, just wanted to try it. I have until late in this month to take it back to BB.
If I were to go to VZW (after I take it back to BB), buy from them (VZW) at full price, would that leave me another 30 day return period (with VZW)?

Yes, I believe so, but something to note: BB has a horrible return policy. U better come with a Law degree if you try to return it

I can't just take it back there before my 30 days and complain about the battery and reception problems? Maybe I'll print of HTCs responses to the battery issue where they say to charge it overnight, turn it off, charge it again, on/off, charge it again:laugh:

As i said, just be prepared for a fight. They will bring in their most intimidating person. There are people actually trained to discourage a customer from returning something. Be very very clear on your reason when you return it.

Just in case anyone reads this in the future.
I took it back last night for a full refund.
The guy asked me if it was broke, I said no and that was it. Was in and out in about 5 minutes.
