Can't install the new update.

Im using stock droid 4 and can get the update to work im confused at why its not working i tried while i was rooted and used voodoo and it didnt work so i completely unrooted factory reset my phone and the update is just not working

That's exactly the same thing that happened to me. I never changed or deleted anything. All i did was stock root and kept it like that. But yet again the stupid update doesn't work. Might be the phones. They must of been the ones they return or something

Are you sure you've placed the update zip on the external sd card?
