Can't text images

If u take off the battery cover and it has a simcard(would be red) then its global. I would factory reset now though imo. Don't forget to back up your pics ect. Also have your battery above 75%

It has a SIM card but it is white/gray. I will back everything up this evening and then do a factory reset. Should I take the memory card out when I do it?

Um if its your sdcard-ext yes if u mean the sim then no.

Stopped by Verizon Wireless on my way home. They called Verizon and performed a factory reset. The phone is still getting the same message, "Invalid destination adress".
 
Lol I left att for verizon good luck either way u go.

Here is a summary of my experience with Verizon so far.

Verizon Store (non-company) 30 minutes - prices were much higher than Verizon
Verizon Store (company) 40 minutes - no service from employees
Best Buy - 5 1/2 hours trying to get new phones and service activated
Verizon phone call - 1 1/2 hours getting my droid activated
Best Buy - 1 1/2 hours getting data transfered from iphone to droid
Verizon phone call -2 hours trying to get wife's Samsung u370 activated (still not complete)
Best Buy - 3 hours attempting to get wife's phone activated, no success
Best Buy - 30 minutes picking up activated phone
Verizon - 1 hour trying to get phone to text photo's - unsuccessful

wow they horribly messed with you man yeah id drop them too lol, i went to Costco and got my OG Droid in like 5 minutes they activated it their for me., the guys inthe mall have helped me get an early upgrade to the droid 3 as well when my OG Droid speaker was dying after the two years.

I plan to attempt to speak to a Verizon Wireless manager later today. I'll make a decision once I talk to them. At this point the only thing keeping me is the 4g speed.

Well I didn't get to speak to a manager but a tier 2 technician was able to fix the issue. Hopefully all will be well now.
 
So was it an issue with your plan being messed up on their end or your phone?

It was something messed up on their end. I had to keep turning my phone off and taking the battery out. Eventually they flipped a switch somewhere that got it working.
