[ROM] [CDMA][ROM][AOSP][4.0.3] Codename Android 1.5.5 [Fully Open Source](03/15/12)

anyone else getting the exchange service force close?

Yes! I was worried I did something wrong so I'm glad to see I'm not the only one, haha. I already restored my aokp + franco setup bc it was annoying the crap out of me lol. Other than that, it looks like a pretty awesome rom. Hopefully the next update will get a few of the bugs out.

I have to agree with the above post. I would rather have all 4 soft keys. Please put this back the way it was.

Thank you for a brilliant ROM.

He is adding it back. Personally I like 3. Longpress home for recent apps

thanks, I actually ended up just renaming it and that solved it. I don't use the e-mail app anyway since I use gmail as my primary email.

Anyone else having a problem with the MD5?
I have tried the download here and on Rootzwiki and I get the wrong MD5 on both, they are both the same but they dont match the OP.

I've got a quick question. Do we have to completely wipe everything for the updates or can I just do a cache & dalvik?

I got the same Starting Applications freeze that others were reporting when going to 1.3.0 so I had to wipe data and cache but I didn't need it going from 1.3.0 -> 1.3.2. It always a good idea to backup your app before updating

The OP and the link say 1.3.2, but the file downloaded is named 1.3.0. Which is it?

ok I have downloaded this file from here and Rootswiki and I have used two separate MD5 check programs and I come up with this.

Is anyone else getting this?

I am somewhat baffled by this, my MD5's have never been wrong in the past and no one else has mentioned it.

Hmm... You might just have to play around with spacing and capitalization.

This is the script that ended up working for me (try at your own risk) :

su [enter]
mount -rw -o remount /dev/block/mtdblock1 /system [enter]
cd / system/app [enter]
rm ExchangeGoogle.apk [enter]
reboot [enter]

Hope that helps.

I am really wondering about this myself. I was able to wipe the cache and dalvik when I went from 1.1.1 to 1.2.0 but now when I try the exact same thing. My phone gets stuck in a boot loop. I even let my phone sit for about 6-8mins just to make sure its loading up everything correctly. Would having franco's kernel installed on my 1.2.0 rom do anything when trying to load the new 1.3.2 rom with its own kernel??
