If I already have the new 4.0.3 radio installed do I need to reinstall after the factory wipe to install this rom? If so, is OK to flash the radio in the same cwm recovery session?

Wow you Dev's sure do keep things very interesting. This ROM is also very fast and smooth. I just installed it so I can't comment on battery yet but WOW WOW, very nice. Love the customizations too. It's getting harder and harder to pick a favorite. Great job!
Just wanted to report that this ROM has been great so far. Very smooth and love the new options.
I did flash the lean kernel and the battery life is night and day. If you aren't getting very good battery life, I would think about trying the lean kernel.

Will do. Remind me, I flash this at the same time as I flash the rom? (im still on Axiom 2.4). Or, do I flash the rom then wipe everything again then flash the kernel?

Hmmm I think you flash the ROM, boot then flash the kernel but I haven't done this in a while since the ROM's I've been using have this built in already. Haven't had the need. I was running GummyNex 5.0 and it was running this kernel. I don't think you have to wipe everything to flash the kernel. You can wipe cache if wish.
I did a cache and davlik cache wipe before flashing the kernel.
Then I let rebooted and let the phone settle.
Since I ran the ROM for a day or so before flashing the kernel, I couldn't tell you if it is ok to flash both at the same time. I'd install the ROM and let it settle and then flash the kernel, but I am pretty new to this.
I just like to flash one thing at a time so I can pinpoint any issues if they happen to arise.
So, I flashed this yesterday and overnight my battery went from 65% to dead. 4g disabled. =/
With AXI0M + Apex kernel, I only lost about 5-6% overnight, so something isn't right here.
Maybe something was left running, maybe it's the ROM or maybe it's the kernel. I'm using Franco's nightly #12. I could try switching to Leankernel, but I hear the performance isn't quite as good, and would the battery life really be ~60% better?

Something is def wrong. Sounds like something was stuck running. Reboot the phone and see if you get the drain again tonight.
But first, did you do a full wipe and install? You could always try reflashing, but maybe you should try a new kernal 1st. I'm using the included lean kernal and haven't had any problems and performance is solid with good battery life.
