Dude, when you're flashing Miui, what works 100% of the time for me, and I've done this to my and FOUR other peoples Droids, is not just wiping data and cache....you have to wipe data/factory reset, then wipe cache partition, then go into partitions and format boot, format system, format data and format cache. Then flash the Rom. I know people will tell me it's not necessary, but I've done this method on five phones with ZERO reboots or problems on any of the phones. Try it out and see what happens. I feel this method makes the cleanest install personally.

Honestly I'm not sure if it does, but it might. All I know is the method I use works. Never any problems of any kind. And if it works on five different Droids with Miui, then it should work on everyones pretty much. Always do a full wipe before installing any Rom. You get the best results.

Thanks, I always wipe- data, cache, davlik with any release but i'll try the other stuff, won't hurt any..... plus with miui backup getting everything back is just toooo easyyyy
