Are you being a troll? You realize it's not just me making this Metickone, Jamezelle, Sneeky_zeeky, bgill and a whole bunch of others put a lot of time into this.
These are alpha roms did you even read any of the stickies? We took something made for the htc n1/desire and put it on the droid. We have no official support.
And I hope your not saying it's unfortunate that I'm the only source for this because I'm not and If you want, try some earlier MIUI roms or zenito?
I can understand your complaints but you act like you paid for this like it's some product we are pushing. I make zero dollars off this crap. Most of the time I do it for myself to see what my phone can do.

This has nothing to do with Trolling. I simply asked if others were having an issue with synced contacts not showing up and you began this session with the comment you made following that.
Ive interacted with several other developers on this site with no issues at all, and my comment regarding the current bugs warranted no sort of harsh response.
I noticed you dont take any sort of bug reports well, but obviously if you are going to post your stuff for others, you need to learn to expect it. This thread is full of you snapping at people who have legitimate bugs. (and by the way, if you dont like others pointing out bugs for you to look into, might as well close down the forum)

Honestly it sounded like your were trolling and still are by telling me what I should be doing ie. "might as well close down the forum". As for bug reports we have an issue tracker set up if it's that important to you. I've taken time out of my day just to check those and respond and fix them if I can.
And a funny this is about 30mins ago I put up an update that fixes the lock screen gallery and another one that removes the aosp phone/contacts/mms and adds the MIUI dialer/contacts/mms.

I saw that post, and contrary to what you may think, I appreciate the developers around here. They are what keep people like me hopping to iPhone. But in any case, I already reverted the phone back to Met's ROM before you forced him to merge, so you wont have to worry about me trolling.
For what its worth, it was a smooth rom, inspite of the contacts issue I encountered.

As someone who I think zenulator will agree stood up for metickone earlier...you should let this go. metickone and zenulator are working together now, no hard feelings, and the trolling (yes, it was trolling, gentlemanly of zenulator to let you off the hook there) is not appropriate. If you think differently, PM metickone and check.

If we add the Phone/SMS/Contact MIUI apps back into this, what is the difference between the Hybrid and the D1-MIUI ROM? Is the Cyanogen base the difference or is the base for D1-MIUI also Cyanogen?

I tried clearing the Data, still no dice. I am loving the Phone and contacts though. I'll just pull out the MMS.apk and install the .zip again.

Thank you. If he was referring to me being snappy about an unrelated comment about the movie critic that was a joke. And btw does he even realize that Metickone released D1-MIUI-0.9.30 and the two updated versions? I didn't even touch those roms besides adding input over gtalk. I showed metic how work with MIUI when I had health problems (kidney stones and a tumor on my adrenal gland) thinking he was going to help me out and now some how I'm the bad guy for making a community rom. If metic didn't agree then he wouldn't have joined the team if the mods didn't agree then they wouldn't have closed the threads.
Enough said.
