Nope. Don't even think your gonna have to wipe for this. It will be in a update/patch zip.

It means things can be read/written to your sd card I believe, someone correct me if I'm wrong

that was a major deciding point with me choosing the DarkSlide is that they dont seem to release anything without it being 100% ready to run with few bugs ... chkmate was also one reason I joined the DarkSlide LOL ! ( i had to give him some credit )

Is the one under darkslide blur the blurless version? I am running blurless now and I am not sure if they forgot to put blurless on there or they just didn't do an update for blurless.
