Ditto on the small circular motion over the double letter. Easy as can be. This is a GREAT program that has the potential to revolutionzie (NOT EVolutionize) the market. It's a whole new way of text entry.

T9 was created by the same guys. It's on six Billion phones now. Imagine the marketplace in the next few years for this technology on touch screens.....

I forget where or what thread it was but someone had said that Swype won't take off like T9 because unlike T9, that works on both touch screen and physical keyboard devices, Swype only works with touch enabled devices....

But my point is this.... almost all the devices coming out now are touch enabled, whether they be touch only input, or touch and physical keyboards. These guys are no fools with Swype....

Correct me if I'm wrong - but only voice minutes are unlimited. If I understand my contract correctly - text messages are NOT unlimited without a monthly "unlimited" plan.

In-Network Texts (VZW to VZW) are unlimited. The 250 or 450 (or whatever package you purchase) text package applies to text sent to other carriers.

Nice to know - I've got the 250 plan and have been very careful not to exceed - I did not know of the "in". Watch out now! Gotta get swype though!

Yeah I have the 450 and it's all unlimited with me and my girlfriend! (sexual reference anyone?)

But really, I can't wait to get this "phone" (if you can even call it that, more like mini laptop that does to much lol) =]

I don't even have a droid yet but I read these forums way to much I think cause I'm that excited to get one lol

But I think you do a circular movement around the letter that is doubled

Hope it lives up to this hype for me, I never owned a smartphone before so it's going to be better than anything I owned by a LOT lol

I don't have my droid yet either, but I found something to do to pass the time until I get it! I've been bookmarking apps on androlib, and playng with the droid emulator in the SDK. I recommend you do the same, it's teaching me a lot about the phone. Can't wait until tomorrow, that's when I'm getting it!

yes I do mean today, I just now realized how late it is! I should be getting off to bed soon, staying up late scares me around here I live in a bad part of California, hearing gunshots atleast once a night.

i avg 8000 texts a day. ive gotten to the point where I can swype with my eyes closed after I just put my finger on the first letter lol

thats 333 text per (and thats around the clock) hour or 5.55 texts per minute. i am sure you mean 800

Even 800 per day is 33 per hour around the clock. still hard to believe. Actually i don't believe it (even at 800)
