Did the Motorola Droid Bionic just clear the FCC?

Well I for one am glad that they did have the balls to not realse the old Bionic if it wasn't right I would rather wait for a good solid phone rather then get one that was rushed to be sold with issues, I think that says alot about Moto, I know it wont be perfect but I'm sure it will be top of the line.

No confirmation of date but it will drop in the next 3-5 weeks....
Given the track record of thursday releases, it should be either July 28th, Aug 4th or 11th.

I'm calling August 11th right now. The FCC's confidentiality agree expires the 7th of August so my guess is August 11th.

Commercials & adds

Finally a date that it may release.
This being the case, should we not starting seeing more info in the next couple of weeks after the D3 launch. Like commercials or adds if it is actually going to launch late July early August.

I guess I'm the only one that likes to look through the FCC documents.
The ones for the IHDT56MX1 (which we think is the Targa/Bionic) lists a few things:

Processor speed 1GHz (we know this is dual core)
1GB DDR2 SDRAM (more than we thought)
16GB eMMC (internal memory, just like the DROID 3)
540x960 qHD display
1GHz video clock (maybe just the processor speed?)
HDMI jack with 1080p/720p output
1735mAh battery (good size battery)

Keep in mind this is what the FCC is reporting is in the testing device, so the final retail version could always be different.

Nice specs! I did look through the FCC documents but they were long so I didn't look through all of them.

is it just me of is HoFo really difficult to navigate through to get to what you're looking for...here its pretty straightforward... in hofo you have to nav thru 3-4 sections/sub sections
