I'm going to try it again. I installed the theme, had no market or music. Reinstalled the rom over top, gmail kept force closing but market was back. Had to go to the backup. Don't really want to do all from scratch but this theme looks worth it. Any ideas?
From what the guys in this and the D2 thread have experienced, just toploading the ROM, then installing the theme (after you boot from installing the ROM), they have been ok. What you could do, since you have a backup, is to do a full wipe, then install the ROM, boot, Theme, boot, and see if everything works.
You talking about the droidforums app? That's the app itself, nothing to do with the theme. Use the home key too keep it running, just be advised you will have to refresh when you reopen it.
I can also confirm for anyone that is interested, that if you lose your market for some reason just reflash Liberty 1.5 (no wipe), boot up, then reboot back into recovery and reflash the theme per the instructions in the first post. After that everything was fine for me except for Gmail force closed, but I went out to the market and reinstalled it and everything is good to go.
My market was fine until I had to use a recent backup (unrelated to this theme) and when I did the market was gone. So I did the procedure I just mentioned and all is well.
