My experience with vzw is the worst possible customer experience.
When I got my d1, it was cheaper for my to cancel my account and get a d1 as a new customer. I said that if I was going to do that, i'd just go to att and get an iphone, she just shrugged her shoulders. I only stayed because where I work, its vzw or nothing.
Come time for me to get a d3. I want to give my d1 to my fiance. Well, they start giving her the run around. She said she was going to go to sprint, as getting a smartphone on a tiered data plan is just silly, considering netflix etc etc. Again, the salesperson just shrugged her shoulders. As soon as sprint has a phone comparable to the d3, she's going to leave vzw. (She is adamant about a keyboard)
