Fission is an amazing rom, it'll be worth the wait. Totally off topic but reading this thread reminded me how horrible it is that Motorola strung cliq owners along for a year saying android 2.1 was being tested and the other day they're like nope, sorry, we couldn't make it work..... my friend has been running a hacked version of 2.1 for 6 months. Good thing we aren't cliq owners!

I'm done waiting. No one is questioning the quality of work or what not. However, continuing to advertise a 'release date' or time frame for a release, and then not making it available is needlessly misleading. I'd prefer he just tweet that it's done and available, instead of all this 'coming soon' followed by nothing.

I'm sure he's a nice guy. I would certainly consider donating again, but only when I have something to see. I don't have that yet.

Dude. Valve is a multimillion dollar company and they don't keep to release dates. Microsoft doesn't release updates on time. Duke Nukem Forever has been in development hell for over a decade, or most of my adult lifetime. ONE guy working on multiple ROMs will do what he can. If you're unhappy with wait times, then start learning to code and start trying to port your own ROMs like I and a few others have.

This is kindof the point I was trying to make but being I hadn't slept in 24 hours I couldn't phrase it!!! +1

Hey, I donated and I do not even use Fission Rom! Maybe someday I will. Maybe not. Time will tell. It is not like there are choices for the Global!

On a side note, looking forward to the update, but can't help stating that it feels like the release of Duke Nukem Forever... did I mention that I'm looking forward to the update?

I don't get it. The dude says it is ready to post, tells us when it will be available...and then claims server issues. My phone is accessing his server just fine, so what server issues take 4 days to fix if we are all still able to connect? If he found more bugs to fix, I would rather he said that. Is he even really working on it?

+1 I'm just hoping the new get r done team will beat him to the punch and get a new ROM for us to play with!!

Here is the thread from this site... looks like right now they are working on porting a couple other ROMs like Liberty!

Never had a chance to try any Droid1/2 ROMs, bee on other models of Android phones... So I will take your word that Liberty is a good thing to have ported?
