The at&t version has been rooted idk if it applies to all carriers. Big red may try to block it somehow since all the the manufacturers are scared of them for some reason

99.5% yes because of this issue with at&t that they cant explain.

Something cool to read through "tips and tricks of the Note2" some people already know some of this stuff and some is pointless but some are cool to read. Can't wait to have it in my hand.
