Droid Touch Screen Not Responding

So I dropped my Droid in water by accident :icon_evil:. Everything works fine except for the fact that the touch screen wont respond to my touch. To be more precise, none of the capacitive buttons on the front work either. The keyboard works fine. Is there any solution to this? (This can include online repair shops, to DIY screen repairs etc).
