Welcome to the forum...the Droid Turbo is one of the newest Android devices available thru Verizon Wireless. The home screens are being customized with various apps and icons. Do you have an Android device?

Yes, most if not all of what you're seeing is available to be installed and running on your phone, just like it is on the Motorola turbo which is your phone's bigger brother. Smalltowngirl13 has provided links to a couple of the things that she's used and I'm sure if you see something else that you'd like to know more about you can ask that person and they will provide you with links as well.
This is one of the greatest things about Android phones, being able to customize it and make it look like what you wanted to look like as well as to perform the way you want it to perform. And your brand new Moto X 2014 edition is an incredible phone as well, and allows the same level of customization as the phones were talking about on this thread too!
You can certainly take screenshots - it is native on most all Android devices now. For your particular device (same for the Turbo) press the power and volume down buttons at the same for a couple of seconds and you'll hear a camera click - once this happens, you will see a notification in your pull down shade that a screenshot has been captured & saved to your gallery. You can either post it via Tapatalk (unless it is too large in size) or upload it to an image hosting site (i.e. Photobucket is nice and they have an app for Android) and then post the IMG link in the thread. Just indicate that it is a Moto X in thread (I will look and see if we have an active thread for the Moto X here on the forum for screenies)...
I'm not picking.. I just find this one ironic.. With the turbo.. They went away from the droid eye.. And lots of us are using the droid eye for wallpapers lmaoJust upgraded from an iPhone 5s
