So I’d like to manually install froyo, but I’ve got koush’s recovery and It’s giving me a little trouble. I can’t find any definitive solutions around this. Anyone got suggestions?

I’m thinking of just flashing sbf, rooting and doing the upgrade, but I haven’t done this yet. How bad can I screw my phone if I do something wrong flashing sbf? I know it’s pretty mindless, but what if it doesn’t finish or something. Just need some reassurance

Also is there a program that I can backup all my apps to and restore them on 2.2? Does mybackup pro work for 2.2? Thanks

Yes. Titanium backup is my favorite though.
