Yeah...my SD card had the update.zip still on it from my D1 when I moved it to the X. I pulled the card, erased that file and BOOM, it worked.

Just got my 2.2 update with no problems. I love this phone.

Humm all went well update is in little laggy and i have no lights on my buttom buttons. and my screen was stuck upside down. no idea why my lights are not lighting up for my buttons weird???

At least yours is installing. I've deleted any previous update.zip files, de-themed my phone, uninstalled all root-requiring apps, un rooted my phone and it still won't update. WTF!

Got it working On reboot alls seems ok installed flash 10.1 player still working it looking for flaws!

At least yours is installing. I've deleted any previous update.zip files, de-themed my phone, uninstalled all root-requiring apps, un rooted my phone and it still won't update. WTF!

Try to load all the orignal files back into it I have them in a zip file I downloaded if you need them let me know.

It has all the original files. I never deleted any of them. Dunno what's up. Can anyone email me an .sbf file?

My updated failed the first time. I was rooted. Since, I uninstalled the root only apps I had and unrooted my phone. I never used any themes so I hope it goes through this time. Its downloading again now. I am really stoked to get my exchange push working. Hopefully I'll see some 'pep' in the phone with the JIT compiler update and all. We'll see I guess. Just finished downloaded again. Hope it installs properly.

So ya, it appears that my phone still won't update. Very annoying. Going to reset with the sbf file.
