[ROM] Eclipse ICS for droid 4

I've been using your roms for awhile now and am thankful for all the work you put into them. I just flashed to 1.3 from 1.2.(1 I think?) and am trying some of the performance scripts for the first. My only question so far is why doesn't Apex Launcher work? It FCs every time.

Update: never mind, it looks like the Apex dev pushed an update and it's crashing for more people than me.

I hate to ask questions that might have already been covered.... but I was wondering is it posible to migrate my Safestrap ROM (Eclipse) to my Unsafe side so I can install CM10 on the non-safe side?

You mean you want to put Eclipse onto your unsafe (usually stock) side so you can play with CM10 over on the safe side (where you most likely have Eclipse now), correct? I think you can just turn off the safe system, install Eclipse over your stock (NOT recommended!) and then when you switch back to the safe side it will backup your nonsafe Eclipse install and be ready to accept the CM10 rom over in the safeside.

I'm editing this to add the following statement: do not do what I proposed, listen to orangechoochoo and just backup your safe-side and play with roms there so you at least keep the stock system in tact.

I wouldn't want to mess with my unsafe side. Do what I did this morning: backup your current Eclipse rom in safestrap, flash CM10 & JB GAPPS, take it for a test run and if you like it then leave it, or you can restore the Eclipse backup (which is what I did) and it comes back exactly the way it was when you backed it up (including all settings and user data).

Sounds like a plan! Last question (sorry, I'm somewhat a newb... Ha!), can I backup my Eclipse Safe-side ROM using Safesrap 2.0 to ext-sd / remove Safestrap 2.0 / install Safestrap 2.11 / install CM10 (play with it) on Safe-side / restore my Eclipse backup to Safe-side with Safestrap 2.11 and be okay?

yeah I can verify that a Safestrap 2.0 backup restores fine under Safestrap 2.11 once in place. I recently upgraded my safestrap by going back to the unsafe system, uninstalling safestrap, reinstalling safestrap 2.11 and then, when swapping back to the safe system, it restored my Eclipse rom without any issues. Just make sure you have enough free space on your SD card when doing all of this or the backups may not work!

Just updated to 1.3, I keep getting spam saying that clock has stopped responding. Will notify me as such every 5 minutes from what I can tell.

If you had the motoclock installed on 1.2.6 you need to wipe data and reflash the motoclock. Don't forget to uninstall the aosp clock before flashing.

I feel dumb asking for this but......how would I go about getting back the stock rom 4gLTE statusbar icon? The 4g icon is kinda plain. Love the rom and the updates are awesome!

two reboots fixed the issue. Not too sure what the deal was but it isn't happening anymore.

I tried to install 1.3.1 and it was a no go. Couldn't install, received an error. I will post later what the error was. I haven't tried 1.3 yet so I don't know if it was just me.
