I can add my Facebook account but there's no Facebook app on phone. I know I could download it from market but you'd think if you can add account it would also add the app. My x1 and x2 had app and widget already on it.

Does anyone else have this issue?

Also I could've swore it came with speed test on it but it is not on it.

I don't know if your asking a rhetorical question. In my opinion it wasn't that big of a deal that I had to download the app. I had the Droid X and I automatically downloaded the Facebook app so can't confirm nor deny whether logging in automatically triggers the Facebook app. As for the speed app I did not hear about it nor read about it in my numerous reviews online. Worst case scenario you can always download a speed app if you are curious as to how fast it can go. It may be time consuming but hey, at least its faster on 4G

It was the same way on the Bionic. I think it is a new Blur thing. I DLed the regular FB app rather than use the social what ever it was

its slow...notifications are horrible....its very inconsistent with viewing pics and commenting on pics...all it needs to do is mimic the web site..but it just wont do it...

notifications are fine.. quick.. they also link to the comment/notification itself now too. out of all yer complaints, im surprised u didnt include wanting to tag a photo, thats probably my only gripe with it. other than that everything else is pretty awesome.

My notifications are great ever since logging on to Facebook on a blackberry. For whatever reason it helped with notifications being pushed. I read up on the forums which stated that was a workaround for actual push notifications. I can't say I had problems commenting on pics. Tagging photos might be available when uploading. I could have sworn that was an option when I do mobile uploads but can't confirm it at this moment.

Is there something I'm not seeing? My x, razr and rezound does not notify me of notifications from Facebook. I have all the boxes checked for which notifications to receive and still not getting any.

In FB, the notifications are just for email, I'm pretty sure. If you want that FB sends your phone notifications, like when you get a textiles to your phone, go in to the FB app that is synced to your phone, press menu on your phone (bottom, far-left with three lines), then settings. From there you'll see the "Notifications" checkbox. Just check it to green. Hope that helps!
