I am on a break from Facebook ....deactivated yesterday and I am having withdrawal from it but need to detach a bit....but yeah the app stinks....how is friend caster?

I have a problem with lag and not refreshing. Never heard of or used Friend Caster.

Friendcaster is a pretty nice app. I do not use Facebook much but it does seem to function better then the regular Facebook app.

Seesmic is great... except for one thing that I don't know if it's user error or not. Any time I click on a FB photo, it's like it only shows me the thumbnail. So it's too small, and if I zoom in, it's too blurry. Since half of FB is people sharing photos, it's somewhat of a deal killer, but if Seesmic changed that, I'd use it 100% of the time.

So I have the Nexus and since having it I can no longer change my profile picture on Facebook as the icon to change the picture is not there anymore. I downloaded the Facebook app for my nexus.

Can anyone help me or is this a FB issue?

This is a Facebook issue they will not make a ics optimized version or update existing. I use SyncMyPix for the picture portion. This will at least get ur contacts with Facebook a picture. It is available in market

Mine will take forever sometimes. I usually have to close it out, run task killer, then try again. Other times when I'm on wifi, it will say "no connection" or whatever that stupid message is, so I'll have to switch back to the spotchy 4g at my house
