Final straw!

I've heard horror stories of refurbished phones that's all. and there is no way, that I'm gonna let them send me 4 replacement phones before they do something else. That is bullspit. if it craps out on me for any reason, I will ask for a newer model. I dont like games. I still might attempt to sell the refurbished on my local adds (similar to that of craigslist) and see what i can get for it

There is no limit on number of replacements that Verizon gives. You should be angry at the manufacturer: this is their way of handing their warranty. If you get a replacement phone that still has problems, it is Motorola at fault. Not Verizon. Verizon subsidizes the phone cost offset with the phone talk and text plus data plans. If they move you into another phone, they eat the cost, not Motorola. We phone users cannot expect Verizon or any other company to give everyone new phones all the time. Get on the Motorola 800# & website and get THEM involved!

dealing with motorola is like pulling teeth through your nose. i will do what i must. we shall see when i get this phone in a week. I will use these comments for further guidance
