So I made this boot animation:

Which I think looks pretty good.

Thanks to braway over at #teamdefuse, this is now working!

Turns out somehow 7 zip only put some of the files in the zip as store. He also optimized the crap out of the whole thing. Thanks man!

use root explorer to copy it to /data/local/

If you arent rooted, then do some searching, you'll need adb set up.

I think it's something like adb push path/to/bootanimation.zip /data/local/bootanimation.zip
