on the back of the razr, you see an fcc #. in the pictures of the hd, they are blurred out, which tells me it has already passed the fcc. Moto probably asked the fcc to block the hd filing from public for a few months.

From my understanding, they can keep it confidential for a limited time. I may be wrong, but I thought i read something about another phone it happened to last year.
