I've decided I'm still skeptical of the Razr HD's existence, although I still want it.
I'm suspicious of these leaked photos, mainly the lack of a frontal shot. I understand that whoever took them probably had only a few seconds to take a limited number of shots...but given those limitations, why choose the back or side? If you had time for two shots, shouldn't one of them have been the front?
So anyway, it's still mythical, but I'm still waiting for it, and I'll still give up unlimited data to get it.

Maybe because the razr is just known for its thickness so a side shot seemed like the best way to prove of its authenticity. Also the kevlar back.

Yeah, plus the front of all phones look the same. Giant screen and that's about it.

Lol, yes and no. We know for certain that moto will be dropping another device on vzw, but sadly anything else is pure speculation at this point. DL posted those pics, there's been a benchmark test, but an announcement of some sort would be awesome. soon enough I'm sure

I really think this phone is coming to Vzw. it looks like Vzw and Motorola is looking to ride the Droid RAZR brand bus until the wheels fall off. They basically strung out the RAZR brand all the way until fathers day. You talking about a phone that has the look and feel of the beloved Droid x with a larger and nice screen and that industrial design that appeals to dudes. People want a phone that they can use at work and the Motorola brand had proven time and again that it is that phone. What better way to continue to make money them to release a phone that you can still ride and reuse the advertising you had almost a year ago. yeah this phone is coming and I am waiting for it.

It will have the 3300 mah battery, as for the look, mine will be in an otterbox defender, so that won't matter to me.

But i do like that it appears thicker, less screen issues I hope.

I certainly hope it is... it wouldn't be cool to do it on the razr/maxx and then stop. I think moto will continue to do it.... its part.of the new THING in my opinion. And if they don't, they know people will just send their devices off to get it done. IMHO

It's supposed to be water resistant and be able to handle some moisture like light rain but not submersion. However, there are some videos on YouTube of the RAZR functioning whilst submerged.

You can send your phone somewhere to make it water proof? I know someone that needs to do that with her phone if that is the case.
