Free Wifi Wireless Tether NO ROOT REQUIRED! via New APP FoxFi

I havent tried this one, but, I did get the SVTP wifi hotspot and tether. Works great on my RAZR, without rooting. And, supposedly funds work on solar power for Africa. Dont know if that part is true, but nice to know somebody actually thought up a background for its development. Try the lite version, for free, to see if it works on your phone.

I tried it while driving from MA to MD.. After I shut it down in NYC I lost 3G/4G connection for a good hour. I haven't used it since I got my connection back about 4 hours later. It was most likely coincidence that 3G/4G was lost after using FoxFi.

After installing and using Foxfi for only 2 minutes to test, on a razr maxx rooted, my 3g/4g data does not work. I can still make calls, just no data at all over 3g/4g :icon_eek:

Anyone else seen this besides Sinister and I?
