I would never change my fascinate for a droid x I mean I love everything about this phone its slim it has a great super amoled screen that is way better than the droid x and if u root like me u have the 2.2 already and this phone is just fascinating

I had the conversation a few weeks ago as I said it was within the 1st few days that the TB came out which is why they told me I would have to wait on a referb because there was none yet.

I called customer service last week and had a lengthy conversation with a rep who couldn't give me any answers regarding froyo. She was extremely nice about it and sent an email "up" for me and told me to expect a phone call regarding my complaint. I got a call back on Friday from a gentleman who said he was from VZW Executive Offices and told me he would consult with his engineering department about the release and call me back Monday (today). I just got off the phone with him and learned there is still no expected release date for froyo. I am now eagerly awaiting my two certified like new Thunderbolts via Fedex.

So they are sending you 2 Thunderbolt's to replace your Fascinate's because you complained about not having Froyo? Wow, I'm gonna have to start complaining more. I just rooted mine because I wanted to get rid of all the Bing crap anyways
