Galaxy Note 2 waiting Lounge

Sadly, it looks like Verizon won't be releasing their Note 2 until closer to Thanksgiving, or possibly even after. There's talk of Verizon taking some issues with the software and even more talk about marketing concerns due to potential conflicts with other phones. With the RAZR HD about to drop, I think it's a safe bet that it will be at least two weeks (when the initial RAZR HD buyers are outside the return window) before they release the Note 2, if not longer. I'd put my money on a release date closer to Thanksgiving at this point. I hope that's not the case because I want to get the lengthy process of getting one shipped to me rolling as soon as possible. I'll have another two or three weeks after release to wait.

And this my friends is the HARD REALITY!!! Verizon has too much marketing dough tied up in the droid brand.

Amen to that, I have $800 in hand right now waiting plus whatever case I want, stupid Verizon, if it wasn't for their awesome service id leave.

Idk if I like those cases. I thank they get n the way more then anything. Constantly gotta hold that flap back while u use it, Idk if I'll care for that. That and no notification led cutout.

Personally I never use cases. People argue saying that using a case will protect your phone and keep it looking new, but in doing so it will make your case look old, which isn't much better. Sure you could get a new case, but then again you can put a new case on a beat up phone as well. Phones become outdated so quickly anyways, that I would rather have a slimmer, less cumbersome, and more aesthetically pleasing bare phone than to put up with a case which makes it that much harder to use. I see people with these huge monstrous cases on their iPhone that they need to store their phone in their purse/bag, as there is no way they could fit it in their pocket.

It's easier to sell a phone when there's not pieces of gravel embedded into the side. Cases are $5-10 and you can buy tons of them if you wanted the new case look. I've also never had a case that made it hard to fit in my pocket. My friend however did drop it in a parking lot and thanks to the raised lip around the front, the screen and corners were completely protected.

Truthfuly the connectivity. Im actually having call and text issues being on AT&T towers with straight talk. So for the time being im going to pick up a droid razr maxx hd and wait it out for the Verizon GT-N7100.
