Yes it is water and dust resistant. It has its on screen protector. It has flaps to cover USB and headphone jack.

Splash resistant at best. There's a big hole for the camera & hrm, but the front should be clear with exception of maybe the speaker.

That is what I was thinking.....we are just looking for a case that can tolerate being near the hot tub so there can be music and relaxation ;-)
One thing that you should know. The belt clip brakes easily. And the rubber stretches after a while.

So, I never got confirmation that they sent the new TPU, but it arrived today with a nice note apologizing for the inconvenience. Very classy.

Will not work with the Verizon Note 4, what was Verizon thinking with the left microphone positioning.
You can make it work with the Verizon GNOTE4. You just have to cut the TPU and make the hole bigger on the mike side.
Report on the iOttie car mount. Amazing. I didn't even make it 100 miles & it pulled the disc I've had on the dash through a few different phones off (it's been close to coming off for a while).
So I wiped the dash with rubbing alcohol & pried the sticky suction cup off the disc.
I've gone at least that far since I put it right on the dash & it's holding firm.
Only small complaint is that it kinds tries to hold onto the bumper of the spigen neo hybrid as you're trying to take it out of the holder, but not a big deal.
