those who flash jellybean make sure you wipe cache on every reboot.

if i get JB up and running and all is fine and want to do a reboot, your saying wipe the cache? Every reboot? or just for the install?

If you flash the Liquid JB, you'll have to wipe after every single boot. If you flash JD's, you don't have to.

I'm on stock rom with root and cwm can I just flash over? Is this rom a clean build right from Google or does it have addons and features other roms have? Because I stayed stock because I like stock build!

More or less it's 100% stock. It's pre-rooted with superuser.

For Liquid, you have to flash superuser separately. The link for SU is right below the link to the ROM.
