Noobs. The best setup, by far, is this:

Xenon:
[ROM][JB] XenonHD vX (25.08.12) *ProjectX* - [VZW] Galaxy Nexus Development - RootzWiki

along with Franco's 240 (384 will work for everyone, 512 only on some phones, I'd go with the 384)

No issues. No bugs. Everything works, and it works fantastically.
