Getting a new phone soon, having a hard time making a decision...please help

The Droid2global has a 1.2 ghz processor (fastest on any Android phone to date), and its keyboard has arrow keys, which is really precise for editing docs or posts.

Now that I think about it, I think I was actually looking at the Droid 2 Global at Verizon. While it didn't say "Global" on the specification paper, I do remember seeing 1.2 GHz processor..

Hmm..is it okay to bump threads? I know on some forums it's forbidden. Hope it's okay here.

Anyone else have thoughts?

What other questions do you have?

I'm not sure if I have any questions in specific, I just enjoyed reading everyone's input on the phones. That may not be a good idea on my part, though, because it could make my decision that much more difficult... :P

This is my dilemma: I'm a sucker for sleekness and a beautiful display on a screen, and the Fascinate and Incredible both offer that (the Droid X too, but again, just too big for me, I think...), and since they both offer that, it's really drawing me towards them...but the Droid 2/Droid 2 Global are nice phones as well, and they also have the physical keyboard... :/ I dunno. Tough decisions...

I would give the x a shot. You have 30 days to change your mind, but once you get used to the feel of the x, it's odd playing around with smaller phones. Isn't the x only 0.3 inches bigger than the fascinate? I love all the real estate I have on my phone...

I've seen many mentions of the 30 days to switch your phone, but what if you switched it and you wanted to switch it again? xD

I'm guessing they only allow you to switch it once, or else everyone would just be in a frenzy, constantly switching out their phones if they didn't like it.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think it's 30 days with each phone. I know several people on here cycled thru 3 or 4 phones within a couple weeks til they found the right one for them. Of course you'd pay a restocking fee....

Is the first switch out a "freebie" or do they still charge a restocking fee even then? and how much is the restocking fee ?

Its a 35 dollar fee each time. Verizon can't resell the used phones so they have to be sent back and put into the refurb pile. If you really dislike the phone tho, its worth the fee rather than being stuck for 2 years.

Correct but, you can only do one exchange within the 30 day Worry Free period.
