Strange. You can try mounting the system/data in cw after wiping cache before installing the theme. I always do this with any install from clockwork and have never had a bootloop. Just a thought. You shouldn't have to wipe data.

I was on Liberty v0.4, and not v0.9. Updating to the correct version of Liberty first allowed for a seamless theme install. Go figure, huh?
