rherron - sorry man - but I think you misunderstood what I was asking, or I worded it wrong, but a couple things to note:

1. You posted the specs of video from your Moto, not from the GNex which is what I was asking
2. You posted specs for a video clip for a 720p video, not a 1080p video. (1280x720=720p, 1920x1080=1080p)
3. Because Motorola uses their own Blur camera and not the AOSP Google videocamera, specifically the one found in ICS, the video container format might be different

Also, 29fps is not the same as 30fps. As a matter of fact, there is some question about the fps of the Nexus. While Samsung posted the specs to be 30fps, is it true 30fps or 29.97fps?

My bad. You're right, that was 720p.

I cannot tell you anything with regard to the Nexus as I don't have one, but I did just re-shoot precisely one minute in 1080p with a RAZR, and it looks like this:

It's MP4. 91.7 MB.

Video

Length 00:01:00

Frame height 1080

Audio

Bitrate 129 kbps
Channels 2 (stereo)
Audio sample rate 44kHz

This was just a nothing video of my home office. I don't know if shooting outdoors or shooting something moving would cause different numbers or frame rates or whatever. I'm just trying to give you an idea of the file size.
