Google Maps Update!

My phone says that there is an update to Google Maps. Has anyone tried it yet? Good, Bad, should I do it? In the comments for the update I read something about ads?

What version is it telling you about?

Every time you go to the market, click "downloads" in the menu. It will show what you have downloaded and if there is an update for it.

Case closed -- OP had a version before 4.0, which is the latest version.
