Google Officially Unveils Nexus 6P; Full Specs, Features, Pricing and Release Date

I think I'll go with 64 when I can afford the phone as well. I was thinking 128 would be worth it if the price is right, but 64 will put me in a perfect comfort zone with some room to spare. No sense in going overboard.

I've only had black phones. You think Graphite is better than Aluminum?
For my taste, yes. You get yourself whatever you want, but when you go to buy mine, I'd like the graphite one. ;)

If I didn't go for that one because I've always had black phones as well, I'd definitely go for the aluminum though.

$638 before taxes is a hard swallow. But some of the specs blow the MXPE out of the water. Specifically the battery and camera.
Yeah I agree... some don't have that cash to lay out one shot.. That's when you need an interest free credit card promo or something.. I can definitely understand for peeps.. Hopefully carrier support soon..

From what I gathered in the event, it's only the Google store in the US with retail & carriers carrying the devices outside the US.

But it's totally unlocked, so should be similar to the Moto x Pure. Hard to activate new service, but just pop in the sim on existing.

Here's from the SEPCS, it has CDMA, so should work on VZW
Network
  • GSM/EDGE: 850/900/1800/1900MHz
  • UMTS/WCDMA: B1/2/4/5/8
  • CDMA: BC0/1/10
  • LTE (FDD): B2/3/4/5/7/12/13/17/25/26/29/30
  • LTE (TDD): B41
  • CA DL: B2-B2, B2-B4, B2-B5, B2-B12, B2-B13, B2-B17, B2-B29, B4-B4, B4-B5, B4-B13, B4-B17, B4-B29, B41-B41
  • Phone is carrier-unlocked with wide-range band support for service providers worldwide. Check with your service provider for more information.

It'll work on VZW, but it will likely have the same trouble that other unlocked devices have had. If you have a current and active sim card in your current device, you should be able to pop it in the new Nexus and go. If you're starting new service for some reason, you may run into hiccups.
