I might get hate mail for this, but I am deciding between this and a verizon iPhone. Can't decide. I am a programmer and I am interested in making an app on the iOS platform. I might just get this and a ipod touch/ipad.

I compared the two phones in this very thread like 6 or 7 pages back. You are also on an Android forum, so if you are looking for logic and clarity on the topic..... yeah.

Ive been programming for about a year now on iPhone iPad and Ipod touch and honestly 90% of the time I program test on the touch, its easier and has almost all features except vibrate, and I do mostly gaming which rarely uses vibrate. So in my mind I’d go with a touch for programming and a android also that way you can program for both systems. Thats what I hope to be doing with this phone when it comes out.
Understatement of the year. I hope the Droid Forums server is up to to the task of having literally every tech blog linking people back to his new thread. I could see traffic to this site heading through the roof this weekend.
Just the speculation this week has increased viewership dramatically.

Well, this forum has been up for over a year and vie been following it the entire time that it's been up and this forum has never gone down once in the past year.
lol the longer miami waits to tell us this precious information, the more pages we will use in pointless discussion and irrelevant redundant questioning. So keep up the conversation and we might still make it to the big 100 before he tells all!! :icon_ banana: woo!!
I bet websites like Boy Genius Report, Engadget, 9to5mac, AndroidCentral, etc are all camped out watching this thread wondering who can post the link first once Miami loads up the mother load of data on this new phone.
I think you should this and get an iPad. You can make better apps for the iPad than the iPhone and you can program for Android as well with getting this, which your apps will be spread widely with the Android platform through smartphones, tablets, etc. theoretically. Idk. Up to you, but I'd choose ipad with this.
