Help please!!! Started to root now STUCK!

i'm in AZ, and roughly the same time zone. i'm usually up late - post back if you have any questions or issues. good luck!!

Yup. The instructions are in that thread I kept poking you at. ;)

Name update.zip, place on root, boot into recovery, make backup, wipe system 3x, wipe cache 3x, allow install, install update.zip, wait, reboot.

Yes. Make a nandroid backup first. Then copy the rom to the root of your sdcard rename to update.zip and then reboot to recovery, install, allow update.zip, apply update.zip (deprecated).

We'll try to help, as always. ;)

Don't those chocolate chip cookies look good, though?

Tell us exactly what part has you confused, first and foremost, so we can be of the greatest and most efficient help! :D

Yes they do look yummy! Ok so I have a theme I kinda like... But it says its for deodexed roms only. What the heck does that mean? And do roms and kernals come in a package or do you download them separately lol

Every ROM comes with a kernel -- most of them nowadays are either almost pure stock or announce who created the kernel plus the speed and voltage.

If you want, you can flash a stock, deodexed, rooted FRG22D ROM and then theme it.

ROMs, themes and kernels are all separate things. But all ROMs come with a kernel (they need it to run CPU speeds and commands, etc). The kernels you put in after you flash a rom is to increase speed, or increase battery life.

So in order, ROMs get flashed first then themes then kernels.

You cannot use themes on an odexed ROM. Thats all I know.

What theme is it?

MetiCKone does these well. Just not many themes.
