Well, looking at the screenshots, there really are only a few widgets and apps at work:
Widget Locker: I found a really cool wallpaper that I liked and then did some research on some of the custom made unlock buttons. The one I have is from the XDA-Developers forum.
Minimalism Text: Quite possibly the most customizable, versatile app anywhere on the Market. I'm actually using MT three different ways on my screens (the lock screen, the main screen, and the screen with the transparent background buttons). I LOVE that you can actually make the MT active to open other applications, and that's what I've done here. MT can be VERY intimidating at first and when I first downloaded it, I was overwhelmed with all of its features. But I later found some great videos from UltraLinx where he shows you how he created some of his screens, and he's an avid user of MT as well. Once I watched a few of his videos and saw the true capabilities of the app, I was totally on board. I highly recommend it for ANYONE looking to customize their screens.
Launcher Pro: Best dock app in the business if you ask me, simply because you have control over what you want the dock to look like. Here, I found a cool app drawer icon and added it to the bottom. I went with a clean look, so I didn't add anything else. If I use a lighter wallpaper, then I can simply put a nice transparent border across the border so the app drawer icon doesn't get washed out. I'm also using the calendar widget from Launcher Pro so I have a quick glance of the entire month and not just my calendar events.
Executive Assistant: For anyone who came from the BlackBerry world, you'll definitely appreciate the Executive Assistant app. It gives you that "Today" type of style that BB is notorious for. I can get a list of incoming emails (POP or IMAP support), my calendar events, any notes I may have, missed phone calls, SMS/MMS, as well as (not shown in my screens), twitter, facebook, and Google Reader. It's a very powerful app and you can change the level of transparency of the display area as well as the font. You can also place each associated "tab" in whatever order you desire. The app also allows you to click on those tab icons at the bottom to open the specified app so you can get a closer look.
The other two apps you see there are Power Control Plus and Score Mobile. While the ESPN ScoreCenter is really popular, Score Mobile seems like the only sports app that actually displays ALL of the nights scores without forcing you, or limiting you, to just certain teams. I love the NBA and I want to see what's happening in every game; not just a select few.
Finally, as you can see I've removed or hidden my top notification bar, but I've used Launcher Pro's gesture feature so when I swipe up at the bottom left of my screen, the notification bar comes back and I can use it to clear any notifications.
It's taken me a while to get my screen to a place where I'm truly happy with it. I credit Ultralinx's blog site for the inspiration. I'm also loving some of the screens I'm seeing in this thread, and I'm pretty sure I've taken some of the queues from them as well.
