Another user, Herndon pointed me in the direction to use Desktop Visualizer. I used that and Launcher Pro Plus for the layout. I created the images myself :]

The words tools and games open up like this
You can shove as many apps as you want in this widget they scroll left and right, it also opens vertically, I basically took all my apps sperated the games and well the tools. Then used launcher pro added my 15 most used in the dockbar and then hid all the rest from my app drawr making it empty
