How do u root ur phone and what are the benefits and risks from it?

Well I've been looking online and I found a sick nasty theme I just gotta get metamorph to use it, and its already got loads of tweaks done but ill look around before I try this

yea that sounds like the theme itself if im not mistaken....just make sure to pay attention to what for your in make sure its for your phone and the istrustions for installing it and of anything elese you gotta do 1st

o and the theme has to match the ROM like me I cant download Libertys ROM and then get a theme off Squids ROM and try to install it of i get thrown into a boot loop so you gotta make sure of that as well

If there is an app in your app drawer called "Superuser" you're more than likely rooted

yea look in your app drawer and see if you have an app that looks like android guy and cross bones and says superuser if thats there your good to go

and go to the d2 hacking and rom sections and you will find all the things you need for installing diff ROMs and themes al those good things

I've been looking on android forums and I'm reading and learning and probably going to instal velocity on my ally, and get the R1 rom over it, it looks amazing and sets everything up for me that I would want done =)

Sound good 1 question 1st does that theme go with that rom? And if so the rom will b installed then the theme NOT rom theme then rom

Yes those sections will have everything out there from installing them to changing all that good stuff but always if in dout ASK b4 you take a shot at it someone is always there to help
