HTC keyboard on DROID -non-root-

Not really related to this post, but...

Go to Settings > Language & Keyboard > Device keyboard > then uncheck "Auto-punctuate"

That should do it. :)
 
Not sure if this has been answered yet (its late forgive me), but is there a setting to switch the "smiley" and "number/character" keyboard buttons on the main keyboard? I like selecting the 2ndary keyboard with my left hand.

Thanks in advance, this keyboard is great! Used better keyboard since got my N1 but its a little buggy and typing on this one is much better.
 
Tried it for a day, went back to smart keyboard pro. I've gotten used to the alt buttons positioning on smart keyboard and just couldn't deal with it.
 
This is the best keyboard out there, no question about it, running version 15 right now and it's butter. Lovin it, showed one of my buddies and he insisted that I installed it for him, so of course I did, and this thing is just absolutely baller. I couldn't be happier with the keyboard. I'm about to root though, 2.1 too big of a letdown for me.
 
Im running version 13, is 15 any big difference - I love the way it works now.

Why doesn't this work with Simply Stunning's newsest rom? I have tried 8 HTC versions and none work. Only three installed. the others would not even install. Please help....

You know how the text suggestions pop up over the text that's already been entered? Well version 15 corrects that, and they don't cover up the text anymore, they have a nice little block where they pop up in and it prevents them from hiding your text.
 
13 does that also.

I just installed 18. There are a few minor changes but it was worth it. All you have to do is move the new APK to your Droid and have Astro upgrade it. Very easy.
 
Just checked mine and I am using version 7. Where do you get the latest version? If someone talked about this in an earlier post sorry I only read the last two pages.
 
Ok I saw that on the first page it shows up to 13 versions. Where is version 18 at? Wow I cant believe how many versions this keyboard has got up to.
