Honestly, I'm not doubting it will be announced. I think it's extremely likely - perhaps even certain.
All I'm saying is that as of today, 2/5, it's not "official" and won't be until it's announced by Verizon or BestBuy.

Like I said, the pre order and release date info will specifically pertain to Best Buy, I cannot say though, that VZW won't release info as well, I know the BB side right now
