Not saying the Best Buy leak is fake, but how do they expect to get people to put down a $50 deposit without knowing what their final cost would be? I assume it would be refundable if the price was a lot more than someone expected.

I was told at BB that when you plop down $50 they give you a gift card in it's place so that you just use that when you come back to pay for the phone. If you don't then you are stuck with a $50 gift card.

Im sure all the pricing with be out in the open before they go on pre-sale.. They cant not tell us and then drop it on us when we go pick up the phone..

Well, I am only quoting what I was told by the dude in the mobile section. However, BB does have a "log in" button on their page so I assume you could use paypal or some such.

Ok, just got word from my BB DM, he said as of RIGHT NOW the WIRELESS REPS ARE MEETING AT EVERY BEST BUY AND CONFIRMING ALL THE PRE ORDER AND LAUNCH DATES OF 2 PHONES, one being the TB and the other being some other phone, I swear this it 100% true and is not a rumor.

i need a 1 yr contract. i work in construction and am hard on my phones. besides.... a yr from now they will have phones that will blow this away, and i will NEED to have it, like i NEED the tb. so i guess ill have to get 1 through verizon. they did away with mail in rebates right???
