Go to http://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid-razr-hacks/198379-updated-droid-razr-utility-windows-5.html, and do the Fastbooting flash... Your phone will be completely wiped clean and will be essentially back to the out of box state and updated to the most recent version of the OS, version 173.

Hey, thanks for the suggestion. I did just that (I couldn't get 1.40 to work, but did 1.41...i had previously used 1.31 to no avail). Anyways, it didn't work.

Some new info:

I now occasionally get this warning upon booting:

"UIDs on the system are inconsistent, you need to wipe your data partition or your device will be unstable"

Trying to bump this. I'm still having the same problems, only now it sometimes has the touchscreen disable (so I can't touch anything), and it still does reboot loops, etc. It's ridiculous. Any help, please! Thank you!
