I Screwed myself

I'm having this problem too. :/
I had to go back to my Razr because I got so confused from guides I found.

download wuggfresh
install the drivers from wugfresh
computer adb should recognize it now
Then push files to your phone easy peasy.

Sorry for sounding dumb, but, Ive never used adb.. where do I load it so I can do this 'via adb'
