There is a "way". It's not calibrating the whole screen because neither Android nor iOS will let Apps access to the color management of the operating system. But if you wish to show at least your images with the true colors, there is a way by creating a color correction profile within the app.
The thing is, you need a hardware calibrator you use for your computer monitors to do so. As I do that with a Spyder4, the correspondant app is "SpyderGallery".
