FYI, I just finished flashing .219 and here is a screenshot of the errors I got when I did that. This is what it SHOULD look like. Maybe we can post a FAQ?

Updating the Droid 4 all in one tool right now. The Lite version is ready to go with the 212 boot.img. Full will take a little while. Link in signature.
- Every time I do this, I have to manually reboot (Vol- and Power button) after I flash 219. The screen goes blank. DO NOT reboot until 219 is done flashing. It will reboot on its own first and you'll see a green Droid guy with a progress bar. Once that's done, it will reboot on its own again and this time, the screen will be blank. THIS is when you reboot (and I'm pretty sure you'll have to holt Vol+, Vol-, and Power to go back to bootloader), NOT when the batch file is done. The batch file stops being part of this as soon as it pushes everything it needs to.
- If something goes wrong, make sure you don't close the command prompt window. Take a look at it and/or post it on the boards if you don't know what went wrong. This will help pinpoint the issue.
- Make sure the latest leak is on your EXTERNAL sd card. Also, if you have a lot of folders on your external sd card, put it in one of the earlier folders. Recovery only shows a certain number of folders so you might not be able to choose the leak if it doesn't show the folder it's in.
