Nice to know! Thanks for the heads up! still unsure if I want to try this or wait to flash the official OTA.. All I know is I didn't hesitate to load up .206 because this community is so knowledgeable and helpful!

I haven't tried this before but did make a backup before jumping to 211. Did you reinstall all your apps then restore data? Just wondering about the process. I haven't used safestrap much been having too much fun with the ICS leaks.

Go to advanced restore and select data restore only - this will restore apps and data. I am using the edited version of safestrap posted by Rick on XDA. Nice UI, including simplified use of the physical keyboard.

Does this include any of Hash's good stuff or is this just a straight-up .206 leak that is Safestrap compatible?

I'm currently running the .206 and perfectly happy with it. I'm pretty new to flashing roms so I'm a little nervous to try seeing all the experienced users here brick their phones.. is it really necessary to go from 206-208-211 or can I just jump straight to 211?

As long as you follow instructions precisely and have enough battery, it shouldnt be a problem.

However, if it doesnt work as it should, do pay attention to what errors the batch files may be telling you. Thats how I finally figured out what was wrong with my attempts.

So far no one has bricked their phones moving from leak to leak. And you can skip leaks (go from 206 to 211 or 200 to 211). There is no need to do them in order.

Right I mean you have to think that we missed some of the builds between 200 to 206 to 208 to 211. You just can't go back to GB once you get on the ICS choochoo...LOL.

I had to switch to gdrive because i exceed my dropbox bandwidth. I just fixed the links. I usb tethered to upload the big one. I am in a hotel on biz and the wifi up was way slow. Thank goodness for unlimited data. Up to 2.7 GB for the month.

Flashing the GB files is the most stressful because you get several errors and it's like watching and waiting for water to boil. I should have grabbed a screen shot of the error for the GB flash. If anyone is about to do so when you get through flashing GB grab a screenshot by hold "alt" and function+print screen. Then just open paint or picture manager or something similar and hit paste. Save it and post it.

There are a lot of people who keep asking that question. Some of these threads should be stickied and read thoroughly because almost all of them have all the answers and instructions.

I spent days reading through all these threads before jumping on the leak train.
