ICS on the MAXX

So, I just received an email from Motorola Feedback Network giving me an invitation to participate in a soak test. I should assume that this is NOT ics?

I think it may actually be safe to assume that this test might be for some sort of frozen treat.

When I soaked for my D2G, it was like 3 days. The email went out then 24 hours later the soak went out, then the OTA followed quickly after. All soaks are different though.

This is a little different than that. While the exact dates in the Droid-Life article aren't anything more than more information from a "source" like the June 12th date was, the soak test from Motorola is about to start, which means we could easily see it pushed out to the general public next week.

yea my eyes start glazing over when specific dates are mentioned since every other date from "reliable sources" about the ICS OTA has been wrong but like bsweetness points out sometime during the week of 6/25-6/29 seems like a pretty safe bet the ICS OTA will start to be pushed out to the public as long as there are no showstopper bugs found during the soak that should start hopefully in the next couple days

Eh the 27th is actually very likely given Motorola promise of a Q2 push the 27th is before Q2 ends but with enough time to maybe have the full push done in time for the end of June. I think Motorola knows if they don't deliver it'll be a PR nightmare for them
